Start with the people travelling, rather than a checklist of attractions.

A relaxed first family trip starts with one main experience each day, then transport and breaks. Nearby places on a map do not always make a comfortable full-day itinerary.
Start with your travel companions
If children need naps, protect a midday break. If older relatives are joining, discuss walking tolerance, steps and dietary needs. If interests differ, allow time to split up and meet again.
Group experiences by area
Use Marina Bay for a city introduction and a separate outing for Chinatown or Kampong Gelam. Build a Sentosa day around selected experiences rather than combining it with distant stops. This is a planning approach, not a confirmed package.
Leave arrival and departure room
Immigration, baggage, transfers and check-in take time. A late arrival is usually better followed by rest than a booked activity. A morning departure also limits your final day.
Mix supported and independent time
Families with luggage or varied mobility needs can discuss transfers and selected days with a vehicle. Confident independent travellers may prefer more free time. Ask which hotel, vehicle hours, guiding, tickets and meals are actually included in the written proposal.
