Consider airport transfers, vehicle days and independent time separately.

Whether a private vehicle makes sense depends on your companions, luggage and schedule. Airport transfers and sightseeing days do not need to use the same arrangement.
Families and varied mobility needs
If you have a stroller, several bags or relatives who prefer less walking, discuss transport early. State children’s ages, luggage and seating needs so the provider can confirm a suitable vehicle.
Independent neighbourhood visits
If you enjoy public transport and a leisurely visit to one area, a full-day vehicle may be unnecessary. Check current transport routes and operating information before travelling.
Study and corporate groups
Group logistics include meeting, boarding, headcounts and activity transitions. Share group size and the full programme, rather than requesting a vehicle based on seats alone.
Distinguish driving from guiding
A vehicle booking does not automatically include commentary. Confirm guiding, language, vehicle hours, waiting arrangements and meeting instructions in writing. If an activity has a fixed slot, work backwards from that time.
