Before departure, check the service provider, confirmed bookings and your own entry requirements separately. A licence number alone does not answer all three questions.
Check providers and guides
Singapore Tourism Board’s TRUST portal provides travel agent and tourist guide searches. Compare the legal name or licence number with the current record. Information published by a company is distinct from a live regulatory check. Driving and guiding are different services.
Check what is actually booked
A hotel, ticket or institutional visit mentioned in an itinerary is not necessarily confirmed. Review dates, included services, host arrangements and change conditions against the written confirmation.
Use ICA for current entry requirements
Requirements depend on your travel document, status and itinerary. Applicable travellers submit the SG Arrival Card within three days, including arrival day. Official submission is free; consult ICA for exceptions. It is not a visa or a guarantee of entry.
Check cross-border partners separately
If a Chinese travel agency is also involved, check that entity through the relevant Chinese tourism channels. Keep the source, date and supporting documents for a final review before travel.
